‎GOVERNOR MUTFWANG ASSURES NEWLIFE FOR ALL OF PARTNERSHIP, CHARGES CHRISTIANS TO REMAIN STEADFAST AGAINST SOCIAL VICES

‎Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has assured Newlife For All International of his administration’s continued partnership and support, declaring that he will identify with initiatives that advance the work and glory of God.
‎
‎Governor Mutfwang stated this when he served as Special Guest of Honour at the 20th International Conference of Newlife For All International, held at COCIN Local Church Council, Dakwak RCC, Kuru, Jos South Local Government Area.
‎
‎The week-long conference, themed “The Harvest Is Plentiful, But the Workers Are Few,” drawn from Matthew 9:37b, brought together Christian leaders, evangelists and disciples committed to spreading and living the gospel of Jesus Christ, with participants from Nigeria and beyond.
‎
‎Addressing the gathering, Governor Mutfwang said Christian service must go beyond worship to practical ministry to people in need, urging the Church to take the holistic gospel to communities and nations, he said;
‎“We must carry the holistic gospel to the nations of the earth, It is about ministering to the disadvantaged.Despite the challenges of the moment,  I want you to remain steadfast. I want you to keep looking up to God.”
‎
‎He commended Plateau youths for their resilience and commitment to defending their communities, while also appreciating women for their sacrifices in keeping families together during difficult times.
‎
‎Governor Mutfwang also called on the Church to confront social challenges affecting young people, particularly he feawned at  drug abuse and the trafficking of girls into prostitution. He further assured the gathering of his commitment to the safety and prosperity of Plateau State, calling for continued prayers and support for the government.
‎
‎“Those who seek to destroy Plateau, by the grace of God, they will not succeed under my watch… Plateau must be safe, Plateau must be prosperous.”
‎
‎Mutfwang stressed; “While we are taking the gospel to the unsaved, we must not lose our homes to the devil,” he appealed, urging Christian leaders, parents and women to join efforts to address the menace.
‎As part of his support for the ministry, Governor Mutfwang gave financial donations million for the care of widows within Newlife For All Ministry and for the host COCIN Local Church Council, in recognition of its service and hospitality.
‎
‎The General Secretary of Newlife For All International, Evangelist Nuhu Dauda, appreciated Governor Mutfwang for his support for the gospel and the ministry, noting that the 63-year-old organisation would continue its mission until the return of Christ.
‎
‎The organisation presented a gift to the Governor and offered special prayers for him, his administration and Plateau State.
