CHIEF OF STAFF JOINS GOVERNOR MUTFWANG TO HOST EU AMBASSADOR, STRENGTHEN PLATEAU–EU RELATIONS

The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Plateau State, Hon. Bldr. Jeremiah Satmark, joined the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, at a state dinner organised in honour of the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, H.E. Gautier Mignot, at the New Government House, Little Rayfield, Jos.

The distinguished gathering provided a significant platform for high-level interaction, diplomatic engagement and the exchange of perspectives on issues of mutual interest between Plateau State and the European Union.

The dinner further underscored the commitment of the Plateau State Government to fostering constructive partnerships with international development partners, particularly in areas capable of advancing sustainable development, economic growth, human capital development, peacebuilding and institutional strengthening across the State.

The presence of the APC State Party Chairman, Da Rufus Bature, The Chief of Staff, Bldr. Jeremiah Satmark, other respected dignitaries alongside the Governor, reflected the administration's continued emphasis on strategic engagement and collaborative diplomacy as essential instruments for attracting meaningful partnerships and development opportunities to Plateau State.

The occasion also offered an avenue for the State Government and the European Union delegation to deepen mutual understanding, strengthen existing relationships and explore areas of shared interest that could translate into tangible benefits for the people of Plateau.
