BARR. PETER NYAM GAI HANDS OVER PROPERTY TO JOS METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT BOARD (JMDB)
The Plateau State Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Town Planning, Hon. Barr. Peter Nyam Gai, has officially handed over a government property acquired by the Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning to the Jos Metropolitan Development Board (JMDB).
Speaking during the handover ceremony, Hon. Barr. Peter Nyam Gai stated that the transfer of the property is aimed at promoting effective physical planning and strengthening urban development in line with the vision of the "Time Is Now" administration of His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Governor of Plateau State. He noted that the property would be put to productive use for the overall benefit and sustainable development of the state.
The Commissioner reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to collaborating with relevant government agencies to ensure efficient land administration, proper urban planning, and the judicious utilization of public assets.
In his remarks, the General Manager of the Jos Metropolitan Development Board (JMDB), Hon. Hart Bankat, expressed appreciation to Hon. Barr. Peter Nyam Gai for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and selfless service, describing his contributions to land administration in Plateau State as remarkable.
Hon. Bankat also commended Governor His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang for his unwavering support and commitment to empowering government agencies to effectively discharge their responsibilities in advancing the development of Plateau State.
