GOVERNOR MUTFWANG CELEBRATES DR. PATRICK DAKUM ON HIS BIRTHDAY

The Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined family members, friends, associates, and well-wishers in celebrating a distinguished statesman, Dr. Patrick Sunday Dakum, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message, Governor Mutfwang described Dr. Dakum as a renowned public health expert and an illustrious son of Plateau State whose life has been marked by compassion, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to purposeful service to humanity.

The Governor praised Dr. Dakum’s outstanding contributions to the health sector, particularly during his tenure as Commissioner for Health in Plateau State, as well as his impactful leadership as Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria. He noted that Dr. Dakum’s landmark achievements in strengthening Nigeria’s healthcare system continue to distinguish him as a man of clarity, integrity, and vision.

Governor Mutfwang further commended Dr. Dakum’s philanthropy, humility, and values-driven leadership, which have continued to inspire countless individuals across different spheres of life. He also acknowledged Dr. Dakum’s bold commitment to the service of his people, describing it as a clear demonstration of his enduring passion for the growth and development of Plateau State and Nigeria at large.
