COCIN HONORS DA GYANG DUDU DALYOP AS NEW CHURCH AUDITORIUM DEDICATED IN A THANKSGIVING SERVICE

It was praise and thanksgiving to the glory and honour of God Almighty, at the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), LCC Sot-Vwang on Sunday 30th November 2025, as the new church auditorium was formally dedicated, and Dara Gyang Dudu Dalyop, BECO president worldwide, acknowledged with an award for service to humanity and the community.

The award being the first of its kind in the history of the local assembly, LCC Sot-Vwang, recognizes Da Dudu's generosity, support for the church growth, and human capital development in the community through various initiatives of touching lives positively.

In a brief historical expedition by Gwom Rwey Vwang, HRH Da Gyang Gutt Balak, who highlighted some good leadership attributes of Da Gyang Dudu's late father, who was a community leader that championed the path of  development in Vwang, and impacted positively to his community, Sot-Vwang before his demise. Indeed, Da Gyang Dudu took after his father and he's currently doing well as the president of Berom Educational and Cultural Organization (BECO), worldwide.
In an emotional and thanksgiving manner, Dara Gyang Dudu Dalyop appreciates the church for recognizing him with an award of service, which has lifted his spirit and spur him to do more for God and humanity.
During the thanksgiving service and church dedication, Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop distributed gifts of wrappers to windows and made cash donations as well to the less privileged.

The body of Christ in LCC Sot-Vwang could not hide their joy during the thanksgiving service and church dedication performed by the PCC chairman of Kuru, Rev. J.D Mandyel alongside the RCC chairman of Vwang, Rev. Joshua Davou, who was also the guest preacher. While the service leader was Rev. Philip S. Gyang.

The BECO secretary, Da Chollom Gyang, Plateau State Commissioner for Transport, Hon. Gyang Davou Jatau, Da Ezekiel Foron, government appointees, a good number of friends and associates were at Sot-Vwang in solidarity with the BECO president.

The newly dedicated church auditorium was filled to capacity, as the zumuntan mata group, choir, zumuntan maza and the church band sang songs of praises and worship to God.
