HON. BAGOS SPEAKS AT THE 2025 WOMEN LEADERS CONFERENCE IN MANCHESTER, UK
Former member of Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Dachung Bagos was honored to be part of the Nigerian delegation alongside Barr. Mrs. Olivia Dazyam and the President of the National Council of Women Societies (NCWS), Nigeria, as guest speakers at the ongoing Women Leaders Conference at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos has been making greater and positive impact across the globe, giving him the merit to be pencilled as one of the right resource person to speak at the 2025 international women Congress in Manchester University, on the topic:
It was a remarkable gathering of women and leaders committed to inspiring change, promoting inclusion, and strengthening the voice of women across nations.
The former house of representatives member, and the current people's choice for senate to represent Plateau North, has been a voice on the Plateau, an advocate for youth and women empowerment.
Recalled, the university of Manchester in the United Kingdom, has been actively involved in various events and initiatives celebrating women's leadership and empowerment.
The University for instance, have hosted the Women in Higher Education Network (WHEN) conference in June 2025, which brought together around 250 women working in higher institutions. The event featured insightful sessions led by notable figures like Professor Duncan Ivison, Professor Rachel Cowen, and Professor Jackie Carter, focusing on women's contribution, leadership, and challenges in higher education.
