GOVERNOR MUTFWANG CONDOLES SENATE MINORITY LEADER ABBA MORO ON THE TRAGIC LOSS OF HIS SON AND GRANDSON

The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Senate Minority Leader, Distinguished Senator Abba Moro, over the tragic loss of his son, Victor Moro, who died in a ghastly motor accident barely 24 hours after the burial of his grandson.

During a condolence visit to Senator Moro in Abuja, Governor Mutfwang described the twin tragedies as deeply painful, devastating, and heart-wrenching. He expressed profound sympathy with the bereaved family, praying that God in His infinite mercy would comfort and strengthen them through this dark and trying period.

Governor Mutfwang said:
“I am constrained to be here this morning on a sympathy visit. I had looked forward to our meeting to discuss the many issues that have bonded us together since you became Minority Leader, but man proposes, and God disposes. We cannot question His will.

It is truly heart-rending to hear of the series of deaths that have occurred in such quick succession. I cannot begin to comprehend the depth of your pain, but one thing is certain, though the trials may be heavy, God will grant you victory in the end. No one can fully understand what you are going through, but God, who sees all, will uphold you and grant you the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”

The Governor lamented that Victor’s passing leaves a gaping void in the lives of Senator Moro and the entire family, describing the deceased as a beacon of joy and promise. He noted that words may not suffice to ease the sorrow, but prayed that the Almighty God, the God of all comfort, will minister peace, healing, and solace to their hearts.

On behalf of his family, the Government, and the good people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang conveyed his deepest sympathies to Senator Moro and the entire Moro family, praying for divine strength, comfort, and consolation to bear the grievous losses.
