DR. KWANDE SOLOMON DAWAL TAKES THE REINS OF LEADERSHIP AS THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE PLATEAU STATE CONTRIBUTORY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT AGENCY (PLASCHEMA)
It was an emotional yet highly significant moment in the history of the Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (PLASCHEMA) as the reins of leadership were formally handed over to Dr. Kwande Solomon Dawal (MBBS, MSc, HPPF, FMCFM). The new Director General, who previously served as the Agency’s Director of Operations and ICT, succeeds Dr. Agabus Manasseh, whose time has been marked by remarkable progress and landmark achievements.
In his valedictory remarks, Dr. Agabus Manasseh expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Agency’s management team, commending their “team spirit and professionalism”, which, he noted, were instrumental in the milestones recorded during his leadership. He described his years in service as a rewarding journey of dedication and collaboration, urging the management to maintain the culture of excellence and commitment to the Agency’s mandate.
Taking over the mantle, Dr. Kwande Solomon Dawal thanked the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, for entrusting him with the responsibility to serve both God and the people of the state in this new capacity. He extended gratitude to the management for their steadfast support, calling for continued cooperation to propel PLASCHEMA toward even greater achievements in fulfilling its mission of accessible and quality healthcare for all.
The event not only marked the close of one impactful era but also heralded the dawn of a new chapter in PLASCHEMA’s journey of service to the people of Plateau State. All for God and the People.
