REVISITING PLATEAU UNITED GENERAL MANAGER,HABILA HOSEA MUTLA' S ROLLING SCORE CARD SINCE 2023
Since Coming on board in July 2023 as Plateau United General Manager,Habila Hosea Mutla has brought the following to fruition:
1:Curtailed on the Club's excessive loan policy, emphasizing on owning players and demanding for transfer fees instead.
2: Floating a strong youth team policy.
Youth team finishes in runners up position in maiden NPFL youth league playoffs in 2024.
Finished in first place in the standings of the 2025 NYOUTH LEAGUE CUP Northern conference with 8- team playoffs currently underway in Lagos.
Promoted 5 youth team players to senior team
( Paul Magit, Dasok Masoyi,Dayong Elisha, Collins Lekshak and Stephen Gold)
Recently signed a partnership deal with a foreign agency regarding the development and marketing of Plateau United youth team players.
3: Revamped the Club's media set up wholistically and boosting information sharing on major social media platforms as well as Floating a radio programme( Plateau United Exclusive on 90.5 FM - Tuesdays 11-12 noon on radio)Hence, promoting a United plateau project.
Improved information delivery system on key social and traditional media platforms.
4: Adopted a strong grassroots football policy and talents discovery initiative ( sponsored Prtv u-13 5-Aside Football Weekend Championship in 2024) and has since discovered future talents billed to take part in forthcoming npfl U-15 Championship.
5: Set up a very competitive women's team with a number of titles won already in less than 2 years of set up ( Honours- State Women's presidents Federation cup Winners( back- to - back), Runners up-Girls Play sports Football Championship in Abuja and Winners-International women's day trophy)
6: Improved players Welfare in terms of salaries, Match bonuses and general maintenance.
7: Ensured a more secured stadium environment on match Days by provision of adequate security and organization.
8: set up lowest gate taking fee of 100 Naira across the country even though just recently reviewed upwards.
9: Improved capacity utilization by sending Club legend and captain, Golbe Elisha, and other indigenous players, Isah Lenkat and Lazarus Fan to the National Institute of Sports Lagos, to commence their coaching badges amongst other coaching enhancement and empowerment strategies with Blessing Pangdugur and Dauda benefitting thus.
10: Ensured the recruitment of ex- Club Stars to serve in diverse capacities to ensure continuity of team culture and tradition.
11: Secured a new club office complex ( Nunku link,Opposite Afic motel,Jos) to boost efficiency and effective service delivery as well as attracting sponsors.
12: Established the first Plateau United cooperative to curtail players, staff and management' s spending ahead of rainy days as well as boosting availability of capital for key projects.
13: Spearheaded one of the biggest fights against relegation in the NPFL to finish a highly respectable seventh in npfl25 despite points deduction and strong adversities faced.
14: Currently evolving plans to secure Club's players camp to enhance efficiency, productivity and discipline amongst playing staff.
15: Set up a transparent players contract signing and delivery policy amongst other achievements.
Finally, A strong youth team players policy opens doors for future transfers and revenue generation while the women's team is not left behind plus a strong rebuild of the men's team for appropriate business investments.
All These come to fruition in just two years of his assumption of office with more to come as the years beckon.
