PLATEAU GOVERNMENT CONDEMNSGUNMEN ATTACK IN BOKKOS COMMUNITY

Plateau State Government  has condemned in strong terms the killing of innocent persons following an attack by gunmen at  Ruwi  Community of Bokkos Local government council of the state on the night of Thursday 27  March 2025 . 

The state government while sympathising with the deceased families  condemned in totality the  acts of lawlessness and said the unholy act undermines government's effort in entrenching harmonious living among all persons resident in the state. 

The Barrister Caleb Mutfwang led  administration would  not  tolerate brutal killings of innocent citizens  in any parts of the state. 

 Security agencies have been mandated to hunt and track down the perpetrators of the heinous crimes and ensure justice for the victims.

We urge our  citizens to remain calm as security operatives carry on their investigation.

On behalf of the Plateau state Governor, his Excellency  Bar Caleb Mutfwang , we expressed  heartfelt condolences to the affected families and prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and heal the injured.
