MTN FOUNDATION VISITS GJSS/GSS RIKKOS

The management, staff and students of Government Junior Secondary School/Government Senior Secondary School Kyan-Rikkos on Friday 31st January, 2025 hosted the MTN Foundation prize presentation team at the school premises.

Recently, MTN foundation organized a National online quiz competition on anti-substance abuse with a good number of schools participating including GJSS/GSSS Rikkos.

Receiving the MTN team, the principal of Government Secondary School Kyan-Rikkos, Mrs Rahila Nanbam Dafyak appreciates the foundation for impacting positively on the students and also motivating the students, while her counterpart in the junior section, Maryann Mark applauds the MTN initiative which will go a long way in educating students on the dangers of drug abuse and equipping the students intellectually.

The MTN foundation online quiz competition will certainly help students morally and  academically in line with Governor Caleb Mannaseh Mutfwang's policy on revamping the educational sector.
Mr. Rengman Rohop aka Digital V.p expressed optimism with the level of awareness created among students and members of staff regarding anti substance abuse.
Responding onbehalf of the students, the senior prefect of GSSS Rikkos, Samuel Jinan appreciate the MTN foundation for the wonderful and impactful initiative and also thanked his teachers for impacting knowledge.

The entire members of staff at GJSS/GSSS were happy to recieve the MTN foundation team who shared few gift items to staff and students.
