A MOTHER AND SON ASSASSINATED IN COLD BLOOD IN JOS

Hwollaza community in Jos north local government area of Plateau state, just after federal government Collage Jos, mourn and buried two of their community members today.

The community had experience series of kidnappings in recent past as a result of poor community security network within the area and lack of active community based security outfit like the vigilante group or the neighborhood watch.

Last week, a deadly group of assassins stormed the area well armed at night killing two innocent souls in cold blood, a mother and her son right in their home leaving neighbors to scamper for safety and fear as everywhere was quite and calm even with the sporadic gunshots by the assassins.

A source narrated with disdain, pain and shock how the incident happened, shooting an aged mother twice before shooting the son, wondered if those assassins were born of a mother.

The entire state mourn with the bereave family and may their souls rest in peace and their blood cry out to the Lord for vengeance against their killers.
