DU COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION VISITS THE ACTING PROVOST, PLATEAU STATE COLLEGE OF HEALTH ZAWAN

The Exco's of Du Community Development Association (DCDA), today paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Provost of Plateau State College of Health Technology Zawan, Dr. Jonathan Bulus in his office.

Leader of the delegation and president of Du Community Development Association (DCDA), Da Silas Bot Kwang while presenting a congratulatory letter to the new provost onbehalf of Du district expressed delight over the appointment of Dr. Jonathan Bulus as the acting provost of the great institution which was established as far back in 1977 as the School of Health Technology, with a historical background as an institution which began with a mission to train mid-level health personnel for the effective implementation of Primary Health Care Policies in rural areas. Initially located at ECWA Evangel Hospital in Jos, the college moved to its permanent site in Zawan in October 1987.

Da Silas Bot Kwang while appreciating Governor Caleb Mannaseh Mutfwang for finding Dr. Jonathan Bulus worthy to serve in his government as provost of college of health Zawan, he assured the acting provost of the association's full support. In his words; "our doors are open for you to succeed because your success or failure is ours".
The President stated that the God that brought Dr. Bulus as provost will surely sustain him to work well for the state and develop the institution under his watch.

Vice president of DCDA, Barrister Pam Gyang Davou while appreciating the government for having confidence in Dr. Bulus, also prayed God Almighty to grant him wisdom in piloting the affairs of the collage.

Responding, the acting provost appreciates the visit by DCDA Exco's, trusting God to help him change the face of the institution as plans are on ground to develop the school both in  academics and  infrastructure.
Dr. Jonathan Bulus was visibly happy with the visit expressing his joy with Du Community Development Association for identifying with him as a son of the land. He called for unity and challenged the youths to be hardworking as opportunities will always come, while promising to contribute his quota in the development of the land.
