CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO BAR. PAM GYANG DAVOU ON YOUR APPOINTMENT  AS THE SECRETARY OF PLASEIC.

The leadership of Du Community Development Association (DCDA), onbehalf of Du Traditional Council, Elders, Sons and Daughters of Du, heartily rejoice over the appointment of Hon. Bar. Pam Davou Gyang as the Secretary of the Plateau State Independence Electoral Commission (PLASIEC).

This appointment gladdens our hearts in the entire community going by the track records of Bar. Pam and his positive impact, meaningful contributions in the development and progress of Du and Jos South LGC being the present elected vice president of Du Community Development Association and former Councilor, Majority leader of the Legislative arm, Jos South LGC.

Sir, we have no doubt in your competence  and  capacity to serve the people because you have demonstrated passion and so much capacity to serve even in DCDA as the first Elected Vice President.
